Jay Benjamin is a Greensboro, NC-based singer-songwriter crafting a soulful blend of indie folk and blue-eyed soul. His warm, powerful, and instantly recognizable voice draws comparisons to artists like Hozier, John Mayer, and Amos Lee. Known for his unique vocal texture and skillful harmonies, his live performances are intimate and emotionally-charged, captivating audiences with a diverse songbook that spans from his own story-driven originals to 90s rock.
A dedicated collaborator at heart, Jay is also a sought-after session vocalist for artists around the globe. This passion for community extends to his work as the founder of TriadMusic, a studio focused on empowering the local music scene. His mission is to blend solo artistry with community building to create and share authentic music that connects.
